Login and Navigation

  1. To login to your control panel go to mailblaze.com, and click the “Log in” button on the top right of the page.
  2. Use the email address and password you created when signing up for your package. If you have misplaced or forgotten these details please use the “forgot password” link and follow the on screen instructions.
  3. Once you are in the control panel get familiar with the navigation options.
    • The top right navigation panel gives you information specific to your account. This is where you can edit your account details, such as adding a VAT number or changing your password. It also provides insight in to your account usage.

    • The left navigation panel is used for all of the main Mail Blaze tasks such as creating lists and campaigns, viewing price plans, invoice information and template.
    • To create new lists, campaigns and templates use the 'Create new' button, found above the list.
    • If you are unsure what a button, icon or input box does, just hover your mouse pointer over the item and a tooltip giving more detailed instructions/information will be revealed.
      The best way to learn is by trial and error. Click around around the control panel as much as possible to get familiar with the ins and outs of the system.
