  • Using our email marketing service to engage in any other activity that is deemed inappropriate or unethical by Mail Blaze.

• List cleaning services
  
  • In line with our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to deactivate accounts that have not completed list cleaning as per our List Health Checks Recommendation.
  • A client has the right to use an alternate provider, verified by Mail Blaze, to clean their list.
  • We do not take responsibility for any damage or loss suffered as a result of list cleaning.
• Content Restrictions
  

  You agree not to use our email marketing service to distribute any of the following types of content:
  

  • Content that is illegal or promotes illegal activities, including but not limited to illegal drugs, firearms, or counterfeit products.
  • Content that is fraudulent or deceptive, including but not limited to false advertising, phishing schemes, or pyramid schemes.
  • Content that is pornographic or sexually explicit, including but not limited to nudity, sexual acts, or sexual innuendo.
  • Content that is violent or promotes violence, including but not limited to graphic or disturbing images or videos.
  • Content that is discriminatory or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or any other protected characteristic, including but not limited to hate speech or discriminatory language.
  • Content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyrighted material, trademarks, or trade secrets.
