- Using our email marketing service to harass or intimidate others, including
but not limited to hate speech, threats, or personal attacks.
- Using our email marketing service to distribute malware or viruses, including
but not limited to attachments or links to infected content.
- Using our email marketing service to impersonate another person or entity,
including but not limited to forging headers or other identification
information.
- Using our email marketing service to engage in any other activity that is
deemed inappropriate or unethical by Mail Blaze.

List cleaning services
- In line with our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to deactivate accounts
that have not completed list cleaning as per our List Health Checks
Recommendation.
- A client has the right to use an alternate provider, verified by Mail Blaze,
to clean their list.
- We do not take responsibility for any damage or loss suffered as a result of
list cleaning.

Content Restrictions
You agree not to use our email marketing service to distribute any of the following types
of content:
- Content that is illegal or promotes illegal activities, including but not
limited to illegal drugs, firearms, or counterfeit products.
- Content that is fraudulent or deceptive, including but not limited to false
advertising, phishing schemes, or pyramid schemes.
- Content that is pornographic or sexually explicit, including but not limited
to nudity, sexual acts, or sexual innuendo.
- Content that is violent or promotes violence, including but not limited to
graphic or disturbing images or videos.
- Content that is discriminatory or promotes discrimination based on race,
gender, religion, or any other protected characteristic, including but not
limited to hate speech or discriminatory language.
- Content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others,
including but not limited to copyrighted material, trademarks, or trade
secrets.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing email marketing,
including but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, GDPR, and POPI. You are solely
responsible for ensuring that your use of our email marketing service complies with all
applicable laws and regulations.

Consequences of Violation
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine
that you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy. In addition, we may report any
illegal or unethical activities to the appropriate authorities.
