We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Mail Blaze accounts are accessed with a username and password. As part of the user agreement with Mail Blaze you are required to keep your user name and password secure. You can do this by never disclosing your user name and password to a third party. Mail Blaze does not have access to your password. If you forget your password, we will reset it.
In the event that there is a security breach of our systems which affects you or your subscribers, Mail Blaze will notify you of the breach, the action we have taken in response, and the steps you and/or your subscribers need to take.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. What about my subscriber lists?

Your subscriber lists are securely stored on a Mail Blaze server. We will not, under any conditions, sell your subscriber lists, make them available to any third parties nor other Mail Blaze customers. Only in the event that someone on your subscriber list contacts us directly with a complaint then we might contact that subscriber directly in response.
Only authorized staff members of Mail Blaze have the ability to access your subscriber lists. The only reason for this is so that we can provide you with support when required.
California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
