We collect information from you when you register on our site. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

To process transactions

Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Mail Blaze accounts are accessed with a user name and password. As part of the user agreement with Mail Blaze you are required to keep your user name and password secure. You can do this by never disclosing your user name and password to a third party. Mail Blaze does not have access to your password. If you forget your password, we will reset it.
In the event that there is a security breach of our systems which affects you or your subscribers, Mail Blaze will notify you of the breach, the action we have taken in response, and the steps you and/or your subscribers need to take.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. In the event that the assets and operations of Mail Blaze are transferred to another party as a going concern, your personally identifiable information may be included.
We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our rights, property, or safety or the rights, property, or safety of others. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
What about my subscriber lists?
There are various ways in which your subscriber lists can be populated, including importing your existing contacts, or new subscribers subscribing through the Mail Blaze subscription form that you might embed on your website. Your subscriber lists are securely stored on a Mail Blaze server. We will not, under any conditions, sell your subscriber lists, make them available to any third parties nor other Mail Blaze customers. Only in the event that someone on your subscriber list contacts us directly with a complaint then we might contact that subscriber directly in response.
Only authorized staff members of Mail Blaze have the ability to access your subscriber lists. The only reason for this is so that we can provide you with support when required.
California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all users of our site may make any changes to their information at any time by logging into their control panel and clicking on "My Account".
Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 18 years old or older.
Access to information
Mail Blaze will provide an individual with access to any information about them which has been uploaded to our service. Unless prohibited by law to do so, we will honour any individual's request to remove their information from our service.
