My website was created in Wordpress, how do I create my form?
Once you’ve installed and activated the Mail Blaze plugin you can set up your Mail Blaze subscription form. In your WordPress account navigate back to Mail Blaze and select FORM in the sidebar menu. There are 2 panes in the Form section, namely Form code and Form preview. You can now add the available fields that you would like to appear in your form. Now that you have all the fields added you can select the list(s) that you want to add subscribers to.
Simply select the SETTINGS TAB and check the box next to the list you want. Make sure you select SAVE CHANGES. Learn more about: How To Integrate With Wordpress here.
Do I need any coding knowledge to use the Brand Hub?
You don’t need any coding knowledge to use the Brand Hub, but you’ll need to provide the generated code to your developer or webmaster to copy and paste in the correct place on your website, if you choose not to host your pages and forms in our environment.
What can I create in the Brand Hub?
You can create the following:
Subscription related: Subscribe form, Pending Subscribe Page, Subscription Confirmed Page, Subscription Confirm Email, Subscription Approval Page, Subscription Approval Email.
Unsubscription related: Unsubscribe Form, Unsubscription Confirm Page, Unsubscription Confirm Email.
Profile related: Update Profile

Can I preview forms, pages and emails before they go live?
Yes, you can preview all forms, pages and emails before they go live. You are able to see a live link of each of these elements when you see the summary after you’ve designed them. Please ensure however to test that all is working when you’ve implemented your forms on your website as we can’t control what gets pasted to your site.
What about consent features?
Our forms and platform contain multiple consent specific features with dedicated GDPR content blocks amongst a range of other features. For more GDPR specific information, please review How to manage your subscribers and consent form for GDPR.
Can I reuse the designs I create?
Yes, absolutely. The idea is to save you time. Not to create more work! Don’t forget you can also reuse elements from other designs by utilising our prebuilt tab in the design pane, which allows you to import campaigns and create templated structures based on your previous designs.
