Canva Integration

Using Canva inside Mail Blaze makes it easier to design images without leaving the platform. Once connected, you can create, edit, and add visuals to your campaigns in a few clicks.

How to connect Canva to Mail Blaze

  1. Log in to your Mail Blaze account, click on your profile name, then select MY ACCOUNT

  1. Select INTEGRATIONS.

Integrations

  1. Find Canva and click INTEGRATE. Click CONNECT TO CANVA. The status will show as Pending.

  1. You’ll be asked to log in to your Canva account.

  1. When prompted, click ALLOW to give access.

Authorization

  1. Once done, the status will change to ACTIVE. Your Canva account is now connected.

How to use Canva in Mail Blaze

  1. Click on your profile name and go to MEDIA LIBRARY.

  1. Select CANVA.

Select Canva

  1. Click CREATE DESIGN.

Create Design

  1. This will open Canva in a new browser tab, where you can create your design.

Design

  1. Once finished, click RETURN TO MAIL BLAZE.

Return to MB

  1. Your design will now be available to use in your email content.

That’s it. Once connected, you can quickly create and add visuals to your campaigns without switching between tools. If anything doesn’t work as expected, check your integration status or reconnect Canva.
