Individual reconfirmation email feature
If you have subscribers in your list who haven’t confirmed their subscription yet, Individual Reconfirmation Campaign feature allows you to resend opt-in emails to those unconfirmed addresses. This ensures that your list stays clean, compliant, and filled with genuinely engaged subscribers.
Unconfirmed email addresses often happen when a contact signs up but forgets to click the confirmation link in the initial opt-in email. Resending the confirmation gives them another chance to verify their interest and keeps your list accurate.
Here's how to do it:
- Navigate to the dashboard: https://control.mailblaze.com/dashboard.
- Go to LIST > LIST. You can also go directly to https://control.mailblaze.com/customer/index.php/lists.

- Select a LIST.

- On the left panel, click the MANAGE SUBSCRIBERS dropdown and choose VIEW SUBSCRIBERS.

- Look for an UNCONFIRMED email address you would like to resend the confirmation.

- Click the GEAR ICON, then RESEND CONFIRMATION, and confirm the popup
![]()

- Alternatively, should you decide to resend the confirmation to ALL UNCONFIRMED email addresses. Click the ACTIONS button, then RESEND CONFIRMATION and CONFIRM on the popup.

Resending confirmation emails isn’t just about increasing your subscription rate, it’s a simple way to keep your list clean, compliant, and engaged. It helps maintain a good sender reputation, ensures you’re following email regulations, and keeps your subscribers genuinely interested in your content. Regular reconfirmation campaigns strengthen your overall email performance and improve deliverability over time.
